we recommend making a reservation, especially during our peak hours from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A 10% service charge will be added to all dine-in orders.

Pizza Hub was founded by Mr. Nowsad, a visionary with a love for food and a determination to bring people together over a perfect slice of pizza. Born and raised in the picturesque town of Arugambay, Mr. Nowsad’s culinary journey began at just fourteen when he started working in local restaurants to support his family while still attending school. His dedication and talent soon took him beyond Sri Lanka to Malaysia, where he worked as a waiter and quickly rose to the position of chef in just a few months.
After completing his contract in Malaysia, Mr. Nowsad returned to Arugambay with a dream. Together with three friends, he launched his first restaurant, Food Nest, on the bustling main street of Arugambay. While the restaurant thrived initially, unforeseen challenges with rising rent forced its closure after a year. Facing adversity, Mr. Nowsad didn’t give up. Instead, he used the opportunity to reimagine his goals.
It was during this time that the idea for Pizza Hub was born. Starting as a small pizza delivery service around Arugambay, Mr. Nowsad began with just five pizzas a day. His commitment to quality, flavor, and customer satisfaction helped Pizza Hub gain a loyal following, and today, we’re proud to have nearly 1000 5-star reviews on TripAdvisor. and Google.

After the contract was over Mr.Nowsad moved back to Sri Lanka and started a New Restaurant with three friends called FOOD NEST on the main street of Arugambay. It was perfect for one year then the land owner started to make trouble about increasing the rent, Food nest could not afford the rent and closed. Mr. Nowsad was jobless for a few months until the idea for a pizza delivery service around Arugambay came to him. And so, “PIZZA HUB ” was formed selling only 5 pizzas a day in the beginning, growing slowly into who we are today with nearly four hundred 5 STAR reviews on Tripadvisor.

If you need a break from srilankan food and you have cravings for great pizza this is a place to eat. The pizzas were simply delicious and as Europeans we are not easily impressed with pizzas even in our country nevertheless in Asia. The prices are reasonable, staff is nice and the service is fast compared to other restaurants.
An excellent gluten free pizza.
They made the dough fresh, toppings were tasty and the crust perfect.
We had a margarita with double cheese and prawn - delicious.
Normally if you order gf you get a smaller pizza, this was large.
Plenty for 2 of us to share, there was one slice left on the plate that neither of us could fit in, we were full.
Staff were attentive and service was good. They warned at the start that it could be 45 minutes to an hour because they needed to make the dough.
We were eating in about 35 minutes, but it was good to be warned there might be a delay.
I am Italian, so I’m obviously peeky about pizza.
The dough is good, not too crispy and not too soft.
Italian-like quality, not just the usual “quite acceptable pizza” that you can find around in tourist places.
Some basic ingredients are missing, like ham or sausages.
But still very good.
